We are now looking for a talented Project Manager - Business Deveopment to lead growth initiatives across the organization. The job is remote friendly in Europe.

Job Description

As our Project Manager - Business Development, you'll collaborate with our growth team to drive strategic projects, impacting revenue growth by refining product-market fit, go-to-market strategies, and pricing models. Operating both internationally and locally, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product. Your responsibilities will involve designing and executing large-scale experiments, employing an agile approach to identify and implement optimal solutions to commercial challenges. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in fostering strong stakeholder engagement, building and maintaining relationships with local sales teams and global stakeholders.

How would you be impacting our mission?

  • Report to the growth team in executing key strategic projects (e.g. product-market fit, go-to-market strategy, pricing, etc.) that will have a fundamental impact on Docplanner’s revenue growth.
  • You will work internationally and locally in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Design and manage experiments that involve multiple departments, and execute them on a large scale.
  • Use an iterative (i.e. agile) approach to identify optimal solutions to commercial problems.
  • Establish and maintain strong stakeholder engagement, including the ability to create and maintain relationships with local sales teams and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

What will help you thrive?

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Project Management within a Business Development role (e.g. project management, sales execution, strategy implementation, etc.), ideally in a high-growth, and constantly changing start-up environment.
  • Have excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral) including strong reporting and presentation skills; Spanish is a plus.
  • Mastermind of numbers! Excellent in analyzing, and synthesizing sales operations data to provide actionable recommendations; leverages analytical models and frameworks to recommend actions.
  • Excellent project management capabilities - you are organized, systematic, and detailed with a focus on results.
  • Know what it takes to be a successful consultant to external customers, but also be “hands-on” and work with different stakeholders (secretaries, managers, etc.).
  • Have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) including strong reporting and presentation skills.
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity; experience working across diverse cultures and nationalities.
  • Experience in decision-making within your area of responsibility.
  • Experience with dashboard- and CRM-based process management tools (Salesforce is a plus).
