Job Description

Role Overview

Join us as the Global Project Manager within our Global Sales team whose main goal is to increase the Productivity of Sales and Expansion across all segments and markets. Reporting directly to the Global Director of Sales Operations, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a diverse portfolio of continuous improvement projects, all aimed at elevating operational excellence and achieving superior results for our global teams. As the driving force of the Global Sales team, your innovative strategies will directly contribute to our Company's growth and success in the competitive marketplace.

What you will do:

  • Understand the business in granular detail by listening to various business stakeholders across markets, and then use this information to lead projects in sales operations. Some examples of projects:
  • Projects that may improve lead prioritization, lead assignment, lead data acquisition, and enrichment
  • Projects that involve machine learning: Scoring or categorization models for new sales prospects, ICPs for expansion products, higher LTV sales
  • New tool acquisition and implementation
  • Suggest new projects and secure management buy-in by clearly demonstrating the potential value of the project
  • Develop detailed project plans, outlining the scope, timeline, resources, and potential risks,
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks among cross-functional teams for multiple projects at the same time
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure that project goals align with overall business objectives. Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communications, updates, and queries
  • Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule
  • Proactively identify project risks and create mitigation strategies. Identify and resolve potential resource conflicts or bottlenecks
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly soliciting feedback and implementing best practices.

Qualifications

What will help you thrive:

  • Critical thinking, curiosity, growth mindset
  • 4+ years of experience in leading various operations or analytics projects in Revenue Operations
  • Ability to plan and lead a data analytics project that may result in a data product (report, dashboard, data mart, ML model, etc.) 
  • Excellent understanding of at least one mainstream CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Experience negotiating vendor contracts
  • You are tech-savvy and fluent in English (verbal and written)

Extra credit

  • You have sufficient understanding of SQL and data visualization solutions (i.e. Tableau) to explain requirements to a data analyst
  • You have a project management certification - PMP, CAPM, ScrumMaster, PRINCE2, or similar
  • You speak one additional language amongst the following: Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Polish
