Job Description

Role Overview

Join us as the Global Data Analyst- Sales within our Global Sales Operations team whose main goal is to increase the Productivity of Sales and Expansion across all segments and markets. Reporting directly to the Global Director of Sales Operations, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. Your primary responsibility leverage data analytics to optimize sales strategies and expansion efforts. This includes conducting thorough data analysis, crafting and executing queries, developing strategic dashboards, participating in or leading machine learning projects, and evaluating A/B testing results to drive impactful business decisions.

What you will do:

  • Analyze and Communicate Data Insights: Thoroughly examine data sources to identify issues, interpret trends and patterns, and communicate these insights. Enhance your understanding of our database by studying other analysts' SQL queries, codes, and models.
  • Drive Innovation and Execution: Merge business insights with deep data understanding to develop new ideas. Execute these through writing optimized queries, calculating new metrics, building sophisticated reporting and operational monitoring systems, and creating both strategic and tactical dashboards.
  • Develop Machine Learning Models: Participate in the design and development of ML models, sharpening your skills in various decision-making algorithms to support and lead data-driven projects.
  • Lead A/B Testing Initiatives: Design, prepare, and analyze A/B tests, then communicate the results to business stakeholders to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

What will help you thrive:

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar role
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics is preferred
  • Excellent critical thinking, comprehension, and communication skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • An excellent understanding of SQL
  • An excellent understanding of data analysis in Python
  • Experience with data visualization solutions (i.e. Tableau, etc.)
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Extra credit

  • You speak one additional language amongst the following: Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Polish
  • You have some experience in Machine Learning
