Job Description
CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Production Director to lead and inspire our creative production efforts at RED Creative Studio. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire production lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring that our franchise creative content and marketing materials align with CD PROJEKT RED's high standards of quality and innovation.
As a Production Director, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and brand messaging of our games. You will work closely with Creative Leadership, Marketing, and other key stakeholders across CD PROJEKT RED to develop and execute creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement. This role is pivotal in fostering collaboration, enhancing workflows, and transforming our studio’s creative visions into cohesive, standout deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a RED Creative Studio Production Team fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure creative production efforts align with CD PROJEKT RED’s overall strategic vision and marketing goals.
- Work closely with Creative Leadership to develop and refine high-quality creative outputs and streamline production processes.
- Oversee production processes, including project planning, scoping, scheduling, and documentation ensuring all projects are delivered on time and meet CD PROJEKT RED’s standards of quality.
- Build and nurture high-performing teams, providing guidance, mentoring and feedback.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of creative asset libraries, ensuring that assets are easily accessible and managed for future use.
- Forge strong relationships with external production partners.
- Manage department budgets effectively and provide regular financial reporting.
- Be an advocate for innovation and improvement in creative production workflows.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing regular updates on project status, team progress, budget performance, and potential risks or challenges.
- Reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a manager in large-scale creative production teams.
- Proven track record of delivering successful marketing and/or promotional campaigns with static and video creative elements.
- Passion for games and deep understanding of the gaming and/or entertainment industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and creative production pipelines.
- Extensive experience with budget management, project management
- Ability to assess and improve creative production processes, driving operational efficiency while ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and technical proficiency with creative production tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing workflows, 3D rendering pipelines, Jira).

Working mode
Office-First: working from the Warsaw studio for a minimum of 10 days per month.
